All staff members of RCE Medical Center are very kind, caring, responsible and professional.I have been patient of Dr. Nussbaum for 3 years now and with his expertise, dedication and patience combined with his professional approach , I must say that he is an exceptional specialist that I have ever met in my life.I am blessed and would like to express my gratitude for his help & services.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nussbaum. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He is a doctor that takes the time and has the patience to answer all of my many questions, without rushing. I have been followed by Dr Nussbaum for over 5 years and am receiving most excellent care. Dr Nussbaum consistently addresses my cardio health issues immediately, without delay, which is keeping me safe and in excellent health. Dr Nussbaum always encouraged me to improve my cardio health, and was “very” supportive when I asked for a requisition to join the Mackenzie Health Cardio Rehab program in February 2020. Dr Nussbaum sent the paperwork without delay. Since joining this fitness program I have lost a significant amount of weight, have successfully incorporated a consistent daily exercise regimen into my life, and have great BP/A1C readings.Dr Nussbaum’s administrative and health care personnel are very friendly and professional, contributing to a harmonious and pleasant environment.The office is spacious and very clean.

I would just like to mention how impressed I was with Vahan, Senior Echocardiographer at RCE Medical. Upon arriving at the premises, I was extremely nervous as I was experiencing very severe palpitations. Vahan was the perfect person to calm me down; he was caring and kind and just chatty enough to keep my mind off the procedure. When he informed me that he would need to perform an enhanced test, I felt quite anxious as I am a very squeamish person who is prone to fainting during medical procedures; however, he informed me that no-one had ever fainted “on his watch” thus far. He proceeded to perform the test very gently and without giving me unnecessary facts that would have only enhanced my anxiety levels. I am happy to say that I did not ruin Vahan’s spotless recordOn another note, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Nussbaum’s Assistant, Rachel. She is warm, caring and immediately puts one at ease. She is patient and really takes the time to explain things in easy and digestible bytes and in a manner that is easily understood.And a special thank you to Dr. Nussbaum for his caring, warmth and commitment; it is self evident that Dr. Nussbaum is very passionate about his area of specialty – his follow up is exceptional (I never feel rushed or that I am asking too many questions) and, very importantly, he always ensures that he is relaying information in layman’s terms and/or by providing helpful analogies.Overall, a very positive experience, especially in these very worrisome times.Angela Roberts Zuckerman

Dr. Nussbaum and his team of doctors, resident doctors, technicians and clerical assistants are nothing more than spectacular. They were quick to see me and once I was there, quick to administer an ECG, Echocardiogram and a Holter monitor. The team was efficient, very educated, compassionate and thorough. I'd like to thank Dr Earl Nussbaum on his fantastic care and treatment. I spent over 10 years going from doctor to doctor to figure out the causes of my chest pains and high blood pressure. We are patients of Dr Nussbaum, he is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate, very competent as well. He takes his time explaining to his patients in plain English so you can understand. He has excellent communication skills. His manners are great and he actually listens to you. His RCE MEDICAL clinic was very nice with the most advanced medical equipment. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. My wife and I really enjoy seeing Dr Nussbaum every time we go there. We could stay there all day and listen to him talk and explain everything.
